It's been a long day. I got up early and took the kids shopping, to spend their various gift cards. We went to see Narnia this afternoon (delightful, we absolutely loved it), then had dinner at a Japanese steakhouse, per the request of the birthday boy, who turned 13 today. Now the kids are packing and bickering, and I am exhausted.
