I thought that Holidailies lasted until January 6th, but I guess it only went until January 1. No matter. I shall blather anyway.
Work went well today - got a few things done, had a good lunch and even went for a short walk afterwards. I went to the Walgreens down the block and bought myself some hand lotion and eye shadow.
After work, I went to Wally World for a couple of things, primarily an iron and ironing board. I have those already, but I need another in the basement for my sewing area. I took the oldies downstairs and set up my new board upstairs,. The new iron has a retractable cord and easy-to-use controls. I actually squee'd when I saw them. I need to get out more.
I also went to the commissary, and found that they are selling more seafood. (A little bit is more than none, right?) I got some shrimp and a catfish filet. I sauteed those shrimps up with some garlic and salt and damn that was good eating. The catfish can wait until tomorrow.
I overslept this morning, again, so I'm off to bed. I'm no fun when tired.
